Needled my own Baxie points with a warming technique.

Nothing like a Succulent party 🥰 if you’re new to the plant game, a succulent is a great starter plant. They are hardy and resourceful, succulents are able to store water so as to withstand the dry seasons. When you need a quick release.. it’s the TheraGun for me. Easy to use and highly effective, the TheraGun allows me to target deeps knots with a high intensity that I could not otherwise do on my own. A favorite spot I target are my hips and glutes 🍑
I also use the TheraGun with my clients to loosen the body quickly before a treatment. If it’s a party of two, the best target area for the TheraGun are the traps, difficult on your own but with another set of hands to achieve the best angles…. nothing like it 💥

A very accessible inversión that should be done daily!
A standing forward fold is accessible at any level, you just have to listen to your body and use your breath.
*I can’t stress this enough*
The physical goal of the posture is to wrap your forearms around your calf muscles while holding the ankles, elevating this pose with a balancing challenge.
Be sure to use diaphragmatic breathing in order to achieve highest benefits to the body 💨

I love my traditional ceramic teapot 🫖
I use it to make decoctions of raw herbs. As a student of Chinese Medicine, I’m learning more and more on herb decoctions and I find myself experimenting in the kitchen with herbs I forage locally such as Lavender and Rose.
