Started with 5 sets of standing overhead presses. Hit 225 for 13 tonight.
5 sets of incline bench
3 sets of seated machine shoulder presses supersetted with machine chest presses
3 sets of seated smith machine shoulder presses
3 sets of db flys supersetted with db front raises
Finishes up with 4 sets diamond pushups until failure wit 60 second rests in between sets

Def not my leanest condition. Feeling pretty good though and with a little assistance I was able press 300lbs over head today.

Well I'm back in the gym.
Right arm is still not 100%, couldn't do much for triceps but managed 315 on the bench pretty easily.

Well no gym tonight, I stupidly arm wrestled the guy at the corner store near me and I think I really strained the tendon in my right arm this time. Though I did win lol. Yeah though I tried to hit the gym but couldnt really do many lifts, so as of now I'm gonna take the weekend off and see where I'm at on Monday. Disappointed because I was hoping to hit 305 on the barbell overhead shoulder press tonight. Oh well, better safe than sorry.

Bicep and back work tonight.
Couldn't go heavy with biceps because of tendon pain in my right arm. Same way it felt a few years ago when I partially tore my left bicep. Otherwise I got a pretty decent lift in.

Had less than an hour in the gym tonight but with low rest times I was still able to get a decent workout session in.
