





Well I'm back in the gym. Right arm is still not 100%, couldn't do much for triceps but managed 315 on the bench pretty easily. 4 sets flat bench 4 sets of front db raises 4 sets of tricep press downs with very low weight 4 sets of seated machine incline chest press 4 sets of seated smith machine shoulder presses 3 sets of db flys 3 sets on a shoulder press machine targeting the front delts
