I was stuck in traffic so a lot of stopping and starting. I drive an automatic car so no clutch control - sorry guys! At least it means my left foot gets a lot of relax time 😝

An 8 min video showing you the specially made shoe insoles that the hospital made for me, that I received this morning after a 2 week wait. These were measured out to fit my feet and their needs by a doctor there. I show you the pre-made insoles that he gave me to wear in the meantime and compare them to the specially made ones. I show them outside of the shoes and my foot position on both and how they are supposed to benefit my foot and foot position when I stand and walk. These are so disappointing, I was really expecting something better from the specially made insoles 😅
