Now the people who you forget could be anyone from a barista who you ordered coffee from one time, someone you went to school with, someone you shook hands with at an event, or a family member. Literally anyone who you've had some sort of interaction with. (Making eye contact with strangers on public transport doesn't count)

Now let's talk about the elephant in the room that probably eats up the MOST of my time. Procrastination and wasting time on mindless stuff. 1) I spend way too much time on social media. It's an addiction at this point. The one I use the most is reddit and at first it was just a way to check the news in the morning, that sort of things, but now I realise i spend ages scrolling and I'm not even sure why. 2) Reading webtoons. I like reading comics, books, etc but I've been super into webtoons for the last few years because they're on my phone and easy to access. I realise I'm following WAY too many at the moment so end up spending a lot of time reading them all. Considering these two points, what would you consider a good way to tackle these issues?

Good morning. As I try and figure out how I keep failing in my daily schedule, I've been making notes on what I think is getting in the way. 1) I'm really undisciplined with time. Some things take way longer than I think, and other's not as much. 2) I get distracted WAY too easily. If I'm meant to be doing x task, I'll end up doing y and z half way through. I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years back so this shouldn't be surprising but it's still hard to manage. 3) Unexpected things pop up. For instance, I didn't plan on my doggo rolling in stinky muck on his walk, so now have to spend an extra half hour showering him when we get home (just an example). Does anyone else feel this about time management? Or am I just doing it wrong?
