I really enjoyed the soft rays of sunlight that came through the window when I made this solo video. Winter can be really cold, especially on days where the clouds are grey and you don't see the sun for weeks. So it was lovely to wake up one morning and see the sunshine filter through with such tenderness. I think the sensuality of that feeling really came through in my video also! I hope the sun comes back soon.

But in case you're wondering... here's how my actual schedule today is looking like 9am: wake up, feed animals, fall asleep on again 10am: Get up, work 12pm: Lunch I will update you as the day goes along! Didn't take dogs out for morning walk, but they did play in the garden. Taking them out for a walk means about 15 minutes of getting ready (clothes, harnesses, water, doggy bags) and then 20 minutes walking, then 5 minutes when they're back (wiping dirty paws clean before they come in the house) and honestly realising that morning walks take such a big chunk of time in the day! But very important so I do feel a little bad. But they get and hour in the afternoon of running around in the big park (so about 1 hour and 20 minutes spent in total).

Good morning! I've decided I need to try and fit more routine in my life, but every time I try to make a daily schedule it all falls apart before the end of the day. There's just so many things to try and fit into one day! Here's a rough draft of what I want to do, on days when i DON'T make content. Days I make content are COMPLETELY different...! 9am: Wake up, brush teeth, shower, feed dogs + cats 9:30am: Morning walk with dogs (30 minutes) 10am: Start work (admin) 12pm: Have lunch (meal prep earlier in week??) 1pm: Japanese study review 2:30pm: Walk dogs (1 hour) 4pm: Work 6pm: House chores/errands 8pm: Feed pets 8:3pm: Dinner 10pm: Work 12am: Bedtime - stretches 2am: sleep ??? 4am: Maybe fall asleep thanks to insomnia

I saw a video recently online about "food hacks" and I wondered, is there any food hack you know? I'm only asking because I forgot to eat lunch today and I'm reaaally hungry now. My food hack would be: When making instant noodles, you can upgrade it easily by adding random stuff like leftovers in. I sometimes boil the packet seasoning in a pan and add stuff like tomatoes in to improve the broth! And easy add would be a boiled egg, or some chopped spring onions. Ok.. now I really want some instant noodles.
