1st time attempting a 1rm on deads since being back in the gym. 645lb attempt at 240. Coming for that 700 this winter. Max I pulled last year was 675
8 sets of deads in the 4-10 rep range tonight with 2 heavy attempt's.

Had a rough weekend and ended up missing a few days last week.
All rested up and back in action tonight.

Banged out some chest, triceps and delts

4 sets of heavy dumbbell presses

Leg day last night
Ended up doing 6 sets of squats
4 sets of calve raises
6 sets of leg extensions
6 sets of ham string curls
2 sets on the leg press
2 sets of calve presses
2 sets of 4 step calve raises (25 reps per step)
Finished up with 4 setz on a glute abductor machine.
Gonna start doing lunges next leg day.

Solid leg day tonight. Not the most I've repped out 315 for but my depth has definitely improved since last year. Will be upping the weight soon. Bodyweight is up to 239lbs after devouring a shit ton of carbs the last few days.
Started with 4 sets of hack squats
4 sets of free weight squats.
4 sets of calve presses
4 sets of leg extensions
4 sets of leg curls.
4 sets of calve raises
6 sets on the abductor machines
4 more sets of leg curls
Finished up with 2 sets of 4 step calve raises. 25 reps per step.

Back in action and feeling 100% again. All carbed up and body weights up to 236lbs tonight.
Hit some chest, triceps and some light shoulder work tonight.
Hit 365lbs for 8 on the bench tonight, so strength is def coming back.
Started with bench press for 6 sets, 2 sets of close grip bench, followed by dumbbell flys supersetted with front dumbbell raises for 6 sets, went on to tricep rope pushdowns for 6 sets, followed by 4 sets on the machine chest press, and finished up with 4 sets of dips.

Switched leg day up a bit tonight.
Went with a high rep workout.
Started with 2 sets of 315lb squats until failure (18-20 reps), went on to calves presses for 6 sets, followed by a total of 24 sets of leg extensions and leg curls supersetted together (12 sets each), went to calves raises for 4 sets, then 6 sets on the leg abductor machine and finished up with 4 step calve raises (30 reps each step with no rest in-between)

Ended up missing my lift last night due to a stomach virus. Still not 100% but was able to force my self to get something done.
Ended up just hitting back tonight.
Started with 4 sets of wide grip lat pulldowns, 4 sets of seated cable rows, 2 sets of bent over dumbbell rows, 4 sets machine rows, 2 sets of bent over barbell rows, 2 sets of pullups until failure and finished up with 2 sets of close grip lat pulldowns.

Blasted some chest, shoulders and tris tonight.
Started with 4 sets of heavy incline bench presses, 4 sets of tricep rope pushdowns, 2 sets of side lateral raises followed by 2 sets of front raises, 2 sets of dumbbell flys followed by 2 sets of cable flys, 4 sets of skull crushers, 4 sets of machine shoulder presses, 4 sets of machines chest presses and finished up with 4 sets of dips.

Another chest, shoulders and tricep workout in the books. Focused more on chest and shoulders tonight. Started heavy with flat bench for 4 sets followed by another 4 sets with closer grip and lighter weight, 4 sets of dumbbell flies super setted with front lateral dumbbell raises, 2 sets of seated machine chest presses super setted with machine shoulder presses, 4 sets of seated machine flies super setted with seated reverse machine flies, 3 sets of tricep rope extentions and 3 sets of over head rope extensions, then finished up with 4 sets of dips

Current weight 235lbs. Leg day tonight. Not the biggest they've been, but they're coming back little by little. Started with 4 sets vertical leg pressrs, 4 sets of squats, 2 sets of calve presses, 4 sets of leg extensions, 2 sets of calve praises, 6 sets on the abductor machine, 4 sets of calve raises, and finished up with 6 sets of leg curls.

Threw in some super sets tonight . 4 sets of seated pulldowns super setted with standing cable curls (thick grip), 3 sets of seated close grip cable rows super setted with standing cable curls (ez bar), 3 sets bent over barbell rows super setted with free weight ez bar close grip curls, 4 sets of Seated machine rows, 4 sets seated machine preacher curls, 2 sets of close grip pulldowns, followed by 2 sets of dumbbell curls and finished up with 2 sets of free weight ez bar preacher curls.
