Shooting to get to 40+ reps this winter. 6 sets of flat bench 3 sets of dumbbell flys 3 sets of machine flys 3 sets on the machine chest press 4 sets of seated barbell shoulder presses 3 sets seated machine presses 3 sets of side dumbbell lateral raises 2 sets of close grip incline bench 2 sets of diamond pushups until failure 3 sets ez bar skull crushers 3 sets of weighted dips Finish up with 4 sets of cable crunches
