Haha! I took a much needed bath today and shaved my legs. (I'll show them off tomorrow for some rocker chick content.) You know your legs need shaving when you're in bed and they feel prickly and are uncomfortable.😂

I was taking pics this afternoon when I heard people.😂 There was a couple (a man and a woman) standing at the edge overlooking the area, who came down to where I was. We chatted a bit, they took a video of me taking a cold plunge, and I returned the favor by taking pics of them doing the same. I was looking forward to my alone time. Hehe.. But i don't own the place😜, AND, they were nice people.😊

I feel the desire to stay home because I'm tired... so I'm going to the lake. I've exercised this morning; it's wasn't easy. I've also rested, so it's time to go. And it's a gorgeous day out!
I don't wear thongs often, so i thought I'd take a picture. 😁😂
I'm wearing an estrogen/progestin combipatch. Yayyyy!!
The GYN was very kind, understanding, and helpful. I was quite stressed about it beforehand because the majority of doctors, including women's health care specialists, don't have much knowledge in the area of women's post productive years. They don't receive much training. Even this doctor said he wasn't taught about it. He researched for himself after being told by numerous women that musculoskeletal issues are a big deal in perimenopause/ menopause/ post menopause.
I'll keep y'all informed! Consider these types of posts as teaching posts. It's important for men to know about this stuff. It will help you to understand the women in your life and your ability to support them.❤️

Guess what I did today! Well, I obviously went to the lake.😁 While there, I went for a walk, and I granny jogged for a half mile! If you've followed me on IG for a long time, you know i used to be a runner. I had a joint in my foot start acting up, the foot doctor said I should give up running, so I did and started mountain biking. It felt so good to jog today. It was very slow, but I was very happy.
It was a gorgeous day today! I loved it! Tomorrow, I'll be hanging out with a friend who I haven't seen in a couple of years. She's an American who lives in Ukraine and teaches English and is here on vacation. We're going to the lake because the weather is supposed to be similar to today.
Not sure how much I'll be around tomorrow.. but I'll be back, and I'm sure I'll at least say hi, even if it's just a selfie.🥰
No Shave November will continue for another couple of months..
I am exhausted and close to falling asleep. I did some deep cleaning today and also worked out (shoulders day). Plus, holidays consume all my energy. I need a trip to the lake.😊

I took a cold plunge again this afternoon, but this time with clothes on. Being a weekend and a nice day, I thought it might be smart to keep something on. Although, i did take my wet clothes off after and put dry clothes on. I didn't record because I a freezing and didn't think about it.
