I woke up too early, but I was able to see my son off. He's on his way to Utah for a five day work meeting. When he comes back, he closes on a home on Monday. Exciting things are happening for him.

Today's workout on my spin bike.. i haven't been working out as hard lately because of my back and collarbone, so I'll be picking up the cardio a notch in order to get my heart rate up and to torch extra calories. I love to eat and I refuse to starve in order to stay lean. My favorite foods to eat every day are eggs, yogurt, avocado, almonds, peanut butter, and cheese, which I truly do eat nearly every single day. Surely y'all are interested in that, right?ðð

I'm exhausted.. I'm fairly certain that I'm an extroverted introvert, although, I do prefer solitude over being in social situations. When I'm in social situations, I can hold my own, but i need recovery alone time afterwards. I've taken time for myself today, but I didn't sleep extra. I should have.
