Both are excellent forms of recovery methods. Ice baths I recommend before a workout, and do the sauna after 🫡❤️.

Lat pull downs are also excellent workouts for long distance throw ins. Any player who can send a ball 30+ yards from a throw in is heavily feared by the opposing team. I’ve seen it with my own eyes. ⚽️
