2021-01-30 20:02:46 +0000 UTC View Posti dont have time to go over my cute life update but I promise I will tomorrow!
these fun facts took so heckin' long, ugh.
but I loved researching them and putting everything together for you.
this goal is to help with my $$ per hour. plz show some love if you enjoyed today ♥
last but not least - how i cured my anxiety with one b vitamin - see reference at the bottom for the enhanced science explanation :D
niacinamide is a known vitamin that mimics the benzodiazepine receptor
I've noticed that with 500 mg once or twice a day, I feel the lift of anxiety that I feel if I take a benzo WITHOUT any symptoms of fatigue or depression. It actually energizes me so I only take it in the morning and at lunch!
if you google niacinamide and anxiety, there have been several case studies where doctors have reported on how their patients COMPLETELY TAKE THEMSELVES OFF OF BENZOS and onto niacinamide!
niacinamide is nonaddictive and has the exact same effect as benzos AND it improves the energy metabolism in the brain which has been shown as early as the 1960's if you raise CO2 and lower lactic acid tht you can CURE very severe psychiatric disorders.
did you know that lactic acid is one of the primary triggers of anxiety?
cortisol is another one
followed my serotonin (yes serotonin is actually really bad as it's a stress hormone)
so if you lower lactic acid and take niacinamide to increase the energy I the brain by raising the NAD to NADH ratio. NAD is all over the media right now as anti-aging and that, my friends, they actually got right.
niacinamide in higher doses (500mg ----3g's) has anti serotonin effects too! which in turn helps inflammation.
please let it be known that niacin is NOT niacinamide. niacin causes a bunch of issues while niacinamide is cleaner and doesn't cause what is known as "flush."
the one I get is from Mitolife but you can really grab niacinimide anywhere! just be careful of fillers.

this one is probably the scariest and least talked about ANYWHERE - estrogen and it's link to cancer.
the mainstream view is that melanoma and all other skin cancers are driven by overexposure to sunlight.
The fact that melanoma rates have skyrocketed over the last 20 years (perfectly coinciding with increased sunscreen use)
+ the fact that most melanomas appear on skin spots that never see much sunlight does very little to detract the medical "experts" from advancing the stupid view of the "evil" sun
The study linked below is a good review and summary of why melanoma should be considered an endocrine tumor - i.e. one driven by hormone levels - and it examines the remarkable similarities with breast cancer.
I can't help but notice that this study (and countless others) also calls estrogen a well-known carcinogen yet we continue to hear from FDA and pharma companies about its benefits for both men and women...
Another interesting point from the study is that people with melanoma may be able to live just fine with it??
Of the 9 case studies presented, 3 did just fine with no treatment, and the ones who died all had surgical interventions for the mole.
One "untreated" case lived for more than 25 years with metastatic melanoma that even led to liver failure, yet the patient persisted.
Perhaps most importantly, ALL reported cases developed melanoma while on some sort of synthetic estrogen treatment.
I've been practicing the benefits of progesterone for this cancer (in both sexes), as well as looking into the potentially beneficial role of testosterone in males.
I have a scary mole on my back that's been there forever. Through my research, it seems that about 50-75 mg of progesterone will drown the estrogen out.
If you're a dude, which most of you are, here's my formula for if you have something that looks close to melanoma:
75 mg of progesterone
DHEA 20 mg
(3:1 ratio )
Once-daily about two inches away from the melanomas.
I will report back in about three - six months to see how my mole looks with before and after shots <3

why the heck is my mouth blue?!
if you're autoimmune, to even the slightest degree, you might have issues with oxygen getting into your cells.
methylene blue's mechanism of action involves enhancing mitochondrial respiration by supplementing the action of ubiquinone as an electron carrier.
people in this health community have been using it to combat c0vid with the help of oregonal because methly blue is antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial. it wipes the virus right out! but don't take my word for it! if you or a loved one gets the virus, grab some oreganol (sold at whole foods) and a tincture of methyl blue and try it out!
I've noticed that it's helped significantly with my inflammation. when I take it I feel clear and energized in a very clean way! it's annoying that its blue though haha
also, a bit wordy but here's the study that I found explained the benefits the bet:
"the effect of methylene blue on isolated rat liver mitochondria was investigated. Fatty acid oxidation was inhibited by chloroacetaldehyde (in methyl blue) and subsequently stimulated by methylene blue.
Assessment of tightly coupled mitochondria revealed decreasing respiratory control ratios induced by increasing concentrations of methylene blue and methylene blue provoked mitochondrial swelling. In uncoupled mitochondria, methylene blue promoted a concentration-dependent stimulation of respiration. These findings provide evidence that methylene blue, the redox dye currently used as an antidote for encephalopathy associated with alkylating chemotherapy, uncouples oxidative phosphorylation and acts as an electron transfer mediator to stimulate mitochondrial respiration." - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9257711/
why I consume fructose with my starches:
basically: having fructose in your food will slow the glucose entering the blooodstream.
Here’s why:
Believe it or not, but we have been lied to about sugar for a majority of our lives. In this post, when I refer to sugar, im referring to natural, organize foods that contain fructose, glucose, lactose, and sucrose.
I am NOT referring to carbs that have been processed. Things like agave, high fructose corn syrup, soda, cookies, cakes, candy, crackers, sports and energy drinks (the fucking worst), and frozen desserts.
I’m also not talking about starches just yet. Hear me out.
The sugar madness started back in 1970 when the health industry started talking about the value of “complex carbs” in the diet. Many dietitians claimed that starches were more slowly absorbed than sugar. The more fiber, the slower it will metabolize, right? From this, people were lead to think that grains and legumes were far more superior when it came to which carb is better. Let’s dive into why this is incorrect :D
According to the American Diabetes Society, the glycemic index is a ranking of carbs on a scale from 0 to 10 according to the expense of which they raise bloood sugar levels after eating them.
It’s understood that foods with higher GI ill be worse for us than those with lower GI. The highest scoring GI foods included pure glucose followed by white bread, corn, rice, pasta etc.
It turns out that simple sugary foods like fruit, honey, root veggies, and fruit juice have a lower GI than said foods mentioned above because they contain BOTH GLUCOSE AND FRUCTOSE.
Fructose has one of the lowest GI numbers - 11 depending on which table you’re looking at.
Fructose enters the bloood very very slowly and is mostly digested in the small intestine while starches aren’t digested until they reach the larger intestine where they can sometimes get stuck and ferment. Another hit to the carbs!
More on this because it excites me SO MUCH:
Research shows that fructose is far more heat-producing than glucose. This means fructose is super good for supporting a higher metabolism! And if you’re gaining weight with fruit, it’s more about how much you’re consuming than the fruit itself. And lets face it, its so easy to over consume fruit. Its just so good.
Research also shows that
- Fructose helps detox the liver for alcohol 80% faster than without it. This is why I pair all my alcoholic drinks with fructose! Vodka cranberries all day baby!
- Fructose increases CO2 and energy production
- THIS FACT IS SO COOL: Fructose can enter the cell without the assistance of insulin and can be used as energy. This makes fruit ideal for diabetics.
- Fructose can improve the retention of magnesium and other vital nutrients :)
WHAT IM NOT SAYING IS to run out and overdose on fruit juice. Eating too much will cause weight gain. I did that this month :D Never ever ever eat your fructose alone, always pair it with a protein and fat. By combining fat and protein with carbs, you will slow the absorbency of the sugars even more, creating a meal that will produce constant energy throughout your entire day :)
*please note that if your gut is insanely messed up like mine was and is…adding in simple sugars can fuel the flame. Go slow with introducing your sugars and if you notice you’re peeing all text time, slow down and try again after some gelatin therapy to help heal your body a bit more.
alright well enough chatting - let’s get into it!
⟡ how to eat red meat safely ⟡
the first topic I want to talk about is an extension of last week’s meal guide! scroll back to last friday to see!
At the top of the meal guide, I mentioned that you should never consume your red meat without glycine/gelatin and you should never consume your starches without fruit!
Here’s why:
Let’s start with why I pair all my meat with some sort of glycine/ gelatin.
First off, gelatin has amazing benefits including
- Improved digestion
- Decreased inflammation
- Improved sleep
- Increased insulin sensitivity
- Increased gastric juices in the stomach (yummmmm)
- Muscle sparing
- Heals the gut lining from ulcers
- Improved allergies
- Stabilized bloood sugar
- Improves memory
- Improves wound healing
- Improves liver detoxification (something i need this month because I had a really emotional cycle! Emotional cycles mean too much estrogen, or estrogen dominance, was stored in my issues, creating a bunch of PMS symptoms.)
- Improves the health of your hair, skin, and nails
- Helps cure arthritis
- Helps with diabetes
Gelatin is such a healing food because it lacks the inflammatory amino acids found in dense proteins like meat, dairy, and soy. Gelatin is void of the amino acid tryptophan and contains very little amounts of cysteine, methionine, and histidine. These amino acids, in excess (and without the presence of gelatin) can produce anti-metabolic and inflammatory conditions on the body.
Essentially, gelatin cancels these guys out!
My favorite way to incorporate it is with
Bone broth (I can post my recipe next week if you tip on this post!)
Great Lakes collagen brand in my coffee
Making my own gummies (I can post my recipe next week if you tip on this post!)
And gelatinous cuts of meat - my favorite being oxtail.
Every meal I have I pair with some sort of gelatinous food :)
I want to say, however, that everything ive learned and implemented has been because ive tried it on myself!
take everything that you learn, both by me and the world, with a grain of salt and try to see what works for you and your biology!
we are all different so it’s important to do your own research online and on yourself in order to live YOUR best life ⟡
and I gotta say
i'm so happy y’all read them to the extent that you are more curious about the topics!
I had some requests to go into further detail on more specific topics from last week’s post,
which, btw, so cue - please always ask me questions so I can verify the following week and go into more detail if need be!
i'm going to host FFF a bit different today….I fear that the wordy posts scare some people away! And the information I share is really important (mostly lol)
So im going to write the title at the top of the page then one line down im going to sum it up as briefly as I can.
Then the wordy portion will still be there because I feel the need to explain the science behind everything! Hope this helps reach more people!
happy fun fact Friday btw!
I’m so excited for today!
good morning, loves! I think you need a little sunshine? ?
let my friend @bobbiesmodernlife fix you up - she’s about to release her first-ever g/g video with her best friend, too. ⟡
give her a follow and don’t miss it!
