why the heck is my mouth blue?!

if you're autoimmune, to even the slightest degree, you might have issues with oxygen getting into your cells.

methylene blue's mechanism of action involves enhancing mitochondrial respiration by supplementing the action of ubiquinone as an electron carrier.

people in this health community have been using it to combat c0vid with the help of oregonal because methly blue is antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial. it wipes the virus right out! but don't take my word for it! if you or a loved one gets the virus, grab some oreganol (sold at whole foods) and a tincture of methyl blue and try it out!

I've noticed that it's helped significantly with my inflammation. when I take it I feel clear and energized in a very clean way! it's annoying that its blue though haha

also, a bit wordy but here's the study that I found explained the benefits the bet:
"the effect of methylene blue on isolated rat liver mitochondria was investigated. Fatty acid oxidation was inhibited by chloroacetaldehyde (in methyl blue) and subsequently stimulated by methylene blue.

Assessment of tightly coupled mitochondria revealed decreasing respiratory control ratios induced by increasing concentrations of methylene blue and methylene blue provoked mitochondrial swelling. In uncoupled mitochondria, methylene blue promoted a concentration-dependent stimulation of respiration. These findings provide evidence that methylene blue, the redox dye currently used as an antidote for encephalopathy associated with alkylating chemotherapy, uncouples oxidative phosphorylation and acts as an electron transfer mediator to stimulate mitochondrial respiration." - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/9257711/
