It's based off of a program I ran for Marines and it's a lot shorter than previous workouts but don't take it's shortness for weakness for it will test your powers of Will!!! Lol jokes aside this workout can be performed at all fitness levels. The Tabatas are 6 sets of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest performed non-stop for those intervals. It sounds easy but it will definitely push you.

It is up to you if you'd like to watch or pick up a book and read a chapter a day yourself. The lockdown is the time to establish habits I've done a lot of thinking on how I want to structure my life and I believe reading to be important. My goals Read at least 1 chapter a day Maintain workout program Eat Healthy (cheat meal in there here and there)

Be proud of yourself for being consistent and hitting these workouts. Somedays it took all I had to do the workout myself so I can't be the only one lol. If you took a day off or didn't have the energy and skipped a day. No worries, today is a good day to make up a lost day. Consistency is more important than intensity.

If your body is screaming at you too much on the second set then try your best to complete it but take longer rests as needed. Say to yourself "This is a marathon not a Race"

2020-04-19 20:31:35 +0000 UTC View PostI've been restricting my calories and I misjudged the amount, I need to increase my calororic intake as I did not have the energy or capacity to finish this workout. I talk about listening to your body and I listened to mine, I did not want to canabolize muscle to finish the work out due to being on a caloric deficit. If you're not on a caloric deficit do your best to finish this workout or get as far into it as you can. Listen to your body, this is a marathon and not a race. Consistency is more important than intensity.
