He got arrested for less than 24 hours. The fight started with him not giving back my juggling balls that I saw him using. I waited for my friends to arrive and told him to give them back, he said he didn’t have them, I grabbed them off the ground in a bag and turned away and stepped away. He grabs me and the bag in my left hand and spins me around entangling my finger, I smash the full can in his next and scream fuck you. He drops the back and keeps coming after me I throw punches and kicks and hats. But the people I was with saw him try to brake my wrists. He runs on the bus as we get separated. And my friend runs on with him James says that I don’t need the $40 juggling balls because I have a house and is “rich” & that I was part of the problem. Tells my friend he will pay for them on Venmo. Never does. We call the cops and I go to the hospital. I may have awake surgery. I can’t ride a bike (or drive a car) due to medication. I don’t think the punishment fit the crime
