I’m so glad I did not let myself go to complete crap during the pandemic (I’m sorry if You did, but you were the only person who can fix that) I had a hard time for the first couple of months and then I noticed changes in my body that I didn’t like and decided to go back to the gym. Since then I have less pain, I fit into my clothes better, I feel more confident in public, I can do more activities that I was unable to do before due to pain. Don’t forget to take care of you! You have to fill your cup so that you can fill others (or keep it all to yourself🤷🏼♀️) either way its benefiting you 🙌 I’m going to be making gym videos again soon! take care of yourself and have a great day!
