I did something new thanks to one of my awesome fans treating me to a massage today! (I can’t tell you how much I needed it 😅) I tried cupping today and it was an interesting experience.I definitely want to try it again🙌maybe with a little more time 🧐 I can’t tell you enough how important it is to take care of yourself! Even if it’s as simple as scheduling a yearly doctors visit. Nobody else is going to maintain your health for you and Who are you going to help when you’re lying on the ground unable to lift yourself 🆙.... just saying.... I hope you have an awesome day!! I can’t wait for thanksgiving vacation when I’ll have a few days off😫 hopefully I can keep myself from filling my time with odd jobs 😇🙃 I purchased and built me and my daughter new beds from IKEA this week and after putting them together I was surprised by the fact that I have never owned a nice piece of furniture in my life🧐 time to start saving up and replacing the hand me down things in my life with new things that mirror my personality! what are you getting accomplished this week?
