Post workout stretch: How you handle yourself after a workout can arguably be more important than the workout itself. It’s vital that you stretch and properly nourish yourself after an intense training, otherwise you’ll be extremely sore and tired. After my morning collegiate trainings, some kids would go back to their dorms and sleep. Others would stretch, then go to the cafe to eat breakfast. 9 times out of 10, the ones who stretched and ate were ready to go for the evening session, whereas the kids who went to sleep were tired and cramping. Nourishment and stretching is the key!
