After 2178 miles, our convention marathon comes to an end. Five cons in five weeks. We had some amazing times with incredible people. Monster Mania was first and I would have to say my highlight was meeting the cast of Dexter and making them laugh at our photo op. Going to Richmond I was happy to see my Virginia Beach friends and have dinner with them. Horrorhound was an impressive con. Deceptively large, I feel like I didn't even get to take all of it in That was largely due to spending a lot of time in panels though. Getting to talk to Adam Green and see my girlfriend talk to him for the first time was fantastic. Also the eight plus hour road trip flew by due to my amazing friends. We easily passed the time. Scares That Care Author Con was very chill. Best parts were seeing my Scares family and discovering Maurizio's where I ate way, way too much because it was that amazing. Finally, Fan Expo Philly. It was a relaxing, laid back time. No partying. No hanging out in groups. Just great times at the con and then relaxing with my girlfriend in the pool or in the room. Highlight being the Jay and Silent Bob Get Old performance/panel on Saturday night. We laughed our heads off.
Now we are going to turn our attention to getting the house in order. Prepping for summer and hopefully starting up some movie nights. We are likely popping in to Tidewater Comic Con in Virginia Beach in May. Next real con though will Be Scares That Care Weekend July 29-31. We will be there on the 28th per our tradition. If you do not know Scares That Care, please, please check it out. It is a wonderful organization that helps a lot of people.

Scares That Care is quickly approaching. Hotel may be sold out, but cancellations happen all the time. Incredible people run this con and the hotel is active and massively supportive. They love us there. Good time for a good cause.
