I decided to start taking cold showers regulary. At the end of my shower, I’ll turn the water cold and practice cold resistance for as long as I be able to.
I’ve done it a few times in the past and i’ve done it today and it feels great + has a lot of benefits, so wish me luck 😄

As for me, I don’t mind either, but I do prefer evening. You know the vibe when it’s after you’ve been out on a date and you come back home, or when you stay home and watch a movie, or a summer night somewhere under the stars 🤩 I guess I’m generally more relaxed in the evening after I’ve done all that I needed to do during the day and we have all the time and space to ourselfs 😇

Everyone keeps complimenting my hair lately (like my curls) and paradoxically, I’ve been thinking about changing them for a while. I’m thinking to dye my hair a little more of my natural color (brown), or maybe like golden-light brown at least instead of blonde. I really like blonde but I’m not a fan of having to dye my roots all the time.
As a girl who doesn’t wear make up, doesn’t shave etc. - I say the less of these things the better 😄
And about my hair.. I guess we will see ☺️

Yep, that’s right. I don’t go out like every weekend but if I do, I tend to miss my animals and realize i’d be rather in bed with them instead 😄 I love to dance and I love to be around good people - good vibes and good music, but I don’t like clubs, tight spaces with no fresh air and I don’t drink (at all, ever). The best is if there’s a summer party outside with good music and friendly vibes. I can enjoy that.
It’s getting cold in the evenings now, but lucky me, I can still wear dresses without being too cold down there with this “all season” blanket on my kitty 🤗
