Trust me this is harder than it looks and will leave your calves and legs feeling like jello after π€«

Do this a few times a week and pulse the leg up and down a little bit as high as you can go to really push the stretch (you can use your hand to push your thigh further up as iβm doing) and you will be feeling a lot better and more mobile throughout the day. π
