To lose weight and be healthy, you need to follow the rules of nutrition.
For breakfast, you must definitely eat proteins and fats with fiber, so as not to overeat later;
You need to drink enough warm water on an empty stomach and throughout the day;
Exclude flour and sausages, sweet soda, alcohol, chips, fast food;
The diet should consist of whole and nutritious foods.

My new haircuts in different styles.
I went to the hairdresser's for the first time after the outbreak of war.
I got my hair cut during the air raid.
The new reality still brings pain and fear. And also - we are threatened that this autumn and winter there will be strikes on critical infrastructure, so that people will sit without light, water and gas. The Russians have already hit critical infrastructure in several cities.
We don't know what awaits us every day.

Today I would like to share with you some exercises that can help relieve lower back spasms and pain caused by compression of the sciatic nerve.
π·First exercise for lower back pain: lying on your back, put your leg behind the knee of the other leg and slowly place your hips on this side without taking your shoulder blades off the floor. Your head is pointing in the opposite direction.
Then do the same on the other side. It is important to do the exercise slowly, if you are in acute pain - do not do it, see a doctor to relieve the acute inflammation.

π· Second exercise: lying on your back, put one leg behind the knee of the other and pull it towards you and fix it with your hands. You will feel tension in the area where the sciatic nerve is, this is normal, then you will feel relief.
Repeat the same with the second leg.
Hold the leg until the discomfort subsides.
At the end of the second video, I show you how to get up from the mat after the therapeutic exercises.

Let's find out if this is really the case.)
I've fallen into this trap a lot, too, and then thought it was no good to lose weight.
So, the main differences between emotional hunger and physiological hunger:
βοΈPhysiological develops gradually, emotional develops abruptly.
βοΈIf you want a particular product, it's probably emotional hunger. With physical hunger - you usually don't care what you eat.
βοΈ Emotional hunger is not related to when you eat; it can be right after a meal.
βοΈ Eating when you are emotionally hungry causes guilt, but when you are physiologically hungry, it causes satisfaction.
At times when I supposedly want to eat something, I simply ask myself the test question: do I want a boiled filet? If yes, then I am really hungry. If not, it's just a craving for a certain food due to boredom or to relieve stress.
Always test yourself this way, with a product you don't really like and will only eat if you are really hungry - then you'll be okπ

What we can do for gallbladder health:
-Drink clean warm water on an empty stomach and throughout the day, you can drink water with lemon juice after meals (unless you have an ulcer or acute gastritis)
-healthy fats at every meal (3-4 meals);
-fibre in your diet every day (especially arugula - bitter greens for good liver and gastrointestinal function);
- avoid refined sugars/sweets and limit fructose to 30g per day.
It is very important to monitor the condition of the gallbladder, on which the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, the production of sex hormones, detoxification and sanitation of the body depend.
All my life I can't exactly identify the colour of my eyes and hair π
My eyes have both grey, blue and green in them and my hair has a red tint in the sun, but in fact it's dark blonde.

I want to tell you about the reality in which I live now in Ukraine.
My duties and responsibilities:
Payment for renting an apartment and utilities, travel in public transport, buying food, water, medicines, hygiene products, a gym membership, clothes for creating content, helping a family;
My usual daily routine is cooking, cleaning, washing dishes, laundry, strength training, stretching, English, grocery shopping, going to the pharmacy when needed, looking after appearance, creating and posting content (here I do what I usually do the whole agency), answering all the dialogues on your own (communication takes a lot of time), reading the news, air raids that do not allow you to relax.
There is absolutely no stability and peace in my reality, I can go to the store or to the gym and think - will I come back.
I constantly think about what will happen next, I constantly worry about my mother. During these six months, I got a huge depression and an exacerbation of chronic diseases, the treatment of which also needs funds.
I just can't even describe everything I have to live with every day.

You need to do it slowly, smoothly. Not to do on the floor without a mat, because is dangerous for the knees.
No sudden movements. If it hurts you, don't do it. Then you need to have a doctor's examination and start stretching first.
