Do you plan your workouts before you go, or make it up along the way? I usually plan half the workout and add in different exercises along the way depending on how I feel π

March 1! Two months down. Warm weather weekend and a few good workouts. How are you at meeting your 2021 goals? I was only halfway there with my diet changes last week, but with beach season and more warm weather coming up, I'll need to be consistent. Have a great day!

I hate being sick! It's been more than a week with nausea and fatigue. Negative for covid so maybe the flu? I'm finally back to moving around again even though I don't think I'll be in the gym today. I'll be catching up with any DMs as I get time too. If you feel like tipping me to feel better, it jumps to the top of the list. π

Free weights, plate loaded machines, or fixed weight stacks? What are your favorite? Do you use them all? I try to get a good mix when working out, and then for extra variety, I add cables. π

February 1, goal check. What is your motivation to workout or try to stay fit? Do you want to look good for others? Build confidence? Be healthy? Get stronger? Better sex? Are your goals realistic? As we start a new month, reevaluate your goals for your health and body. Set realistic expectations for yourself along the way. Find a friend to keep you accountable. And remember to have fun. You can do it π

I wasn't as consistent as I wanted to be over this last monthπ. I did get my gym workouts in, but missed more of my home stuff. New month ahead though, just need to refocus and start strong. How often do you change your routine, or style of working out? Is it every few weeks? Every few months? Is there a style you like the most? Any suggestions for me? π

I can't wait for summer. I think I may have a cold now? Not feeling terrible, but a stuffy head makes working out harder. What kind of exercise do you do while you're not feeling as good? Or do you skip entirely?
