Tomorrow I have a mammogram - my 1st one. My doctor had encouraged me to have my first one two years ago, and I let stress shut down me down.
I have a few other major tests/exams I need to set up.
Also... Many people don't realize that between peri-menopause & menopause - women spend 35-40% of there life in hormone transitions!!
