Bath time… I would love to do a “check in” - in some ways I am doing better. It has required that I cut out most people from my life and hermit as much as possible.

Autistic shutdown is pretty “special” - I feel the MOST autistic as I ever have in my life. I am glad I can name it - to me, that is the first step towards intentionally troubleshooting anything.
I don’t want to apologize for being autistic. I do want to acknowledge that I do not like how much it is currently impacting my ability to interact with the world in a kind and compassionate way. I am genuinely doing my best.
I am trying to recharge the various batteries that need to be charged or at least partially charged for me to feel “balanced”
