If there’s one thing you can do to help your health TODAY - it’s to remove the polyunsaturated fats. PUFAS damage your body at the CELLULAR level! Polyunsaturated fats are liquid at all temps, mostly plant fats, and are deficient in hydrogen atoms, making them “un” saturated. The missing hydrogen atoms causes them to be very unstable and oxidizing through light, heat (the stove or YOUR OWN BODY which is 98.6 degrees.) When PUFAS interact with the cell, oxidizing can occur. Oxidation baby. Oxidation = chemical reaction with oxygen which changes the chemical structure. And that’s not even taking into account what happens when these fats are processed in a plant. These hydrogen atom deficient fats are already so sensitive, imagine what happens to them when we put them through a processing machine to turn them into oil :D so think about them hitting your cells at body temp, imagine what happens when they’re are heated up to the extent of turn gin them into oil..... When we consume oxidized oils, our bodies has to process, right? And when oxidized (anything) PUFAS mix with our cells, free radicals are created. *Free radicals = cancer, insulin resistance, inflammation When the cell is exposed to free radicals, it does cause damage to the actual integerity of your cell. BUT WAIT! Z! Polyunsaturated FATS ARE ESSENTIAL! What about that?! PUFAS are anti-metabolic. PUFAS were fed to cattle (and are stilll fed to cattle in factor farms) to fatten them up quickly because it is known that PUFAS are directly antithyroid and antimetabolic! One more fun fact while we’re on the topic: did you know canola oil, sunflower oil, flaxseed oil (PUFAS) were added to oil based PAINT. Once oil base paints were made illegal, they had to figure out what to do with these oils, so….naturally they demonized butter and lard through media and fear mongering and added it to the standard American diet :D :D :D :D And we all ate that shit up. Literally. They PAID scientists to come up with studies to prove that PUFAS were healthier than butter and lard. They PAID marketing companies to push this! Learning this created such a sad rage inside of me. Imagine the lives that were lost because of this? All for what? For profit. If I think too much about it, I’ll be in bed all day. And what good is anxiety or hurt when it doesn’t force you to change? I hope you can read this passage and understand the severity of what I’m talking about and make a change. Anyways, here’s why we hate PUFAS: - Antithyroid - proestrogenic - Impair mitochondrion function - They are immune suppressive - Cause damage to the liver cells and damage liver detoxification - Suppress your body’s ability to make stomach acid and digestive enzymes - They cause insulin resistance - They can impair the body’s ability to burn fat - They can cause photo aging - these oils are very heat and light unstable. When sun hits your damaged cells that are made out of puffs, that’s when we see skin spotting and liver spotting! PUFAS to stay away from - FISH OIL - fish oil is highly unstable and absolutely goes rancid. I’ve taken fish oil out of my diet and my inflammation markets drastically improved… - Almond oil - Canola oil/rapeseed/cottenseed oil - Flaxseed oil - Linseed oil - Margarine - Peanut oil - Safflower oil - Sesame oil - Soybean oil - Sunflower oil - Vegetable oil Cut out these oils and see if you feel better. What do you have to lose?
2020-10-16 20:11:55 +0000 UTC View PostFun fact part two: Through my question of the “why,” I’ve been interested in finding the optimal diet for humans, one that rids us of disease and suffering. Because if we’re here to do fulfill a certain purpose, well, we have to be healthy enough to go about life. There are three mainstream diets/lifestyles floating around right now that claim to be the best, most optimal diet for humans living in 2020. Well, four, if you include the Standard American Diet (SAD) but y’all know that’s not good for you, right? So, veganism. Let’s start here. Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as possible and practicable, all forms of exploitations of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing, and any other purpose. This definition has literally nothing to do with the person. Everything else about it being the healthiest diet is actually just an ad hoc edition to the definition. It’s very divorced from the individual. Im not saying it’s totally crazy that someone would feel great going fro SAD to veganism, like I understand why someone would feel better on low fat. But it’s not about the person’s health. It’s about ethics. Not health. The next category is the keto diet or zero carb diet. The carnivore or zero-carb diet entails eating mostly fat for every meal, everyday. That means low or moderate protein, a lot of fat, and almost zero carbs. You do not need any supplements of any kind This definition has more to do with the person than veganism but it’s still lacking in some areas. This way of eating doesnt get to the essence of what creates health. Is it just eating only animal products and therefore you are healthy? Is it only excluding plant/s anti nutrients, and therefor you are healthy? It’s not an all all encompassing view. If all these diets and ways of eating were paintings, it wouldn’t include most of what makes art, art. It doesn’t answer the big questions of health. What is life and how does nutrition integrate with this question? My struggles with veganism and keto have lead to a new way of dieting and looking at life. It’s called the “bioenergyic model.” The bioenergetic model states, “the organizing power of energy flow is hypothesized to be the organ of biological complexity and it’s decline the basis of diseases and aging. This definition is a little bit better than “don’t eat carbs, you should feel better.” This is very different from the philosophical question of not wanting to do any harm to animals and THEN trying to say it’s healthy. Keto and veganism, through my research, seem to tired to Raymen Pearl’s Rate of Living Theory which states that organisms with faster metabolic rates have shorter life spans while those with faster metabolic rates have longer life spans. When you’re on a vegan/veggie/keto diet, your metabolism slows way down. But on this bioenergetic view, we eat for energy. Our metabolic rates are quite high, we are warm, our pulses are high, and our thyroid function is high. This is responsible for repair!!! If we slow ourselves down over time, you will break down over time! I’ll go into what this bioenergetic model entails food-wise in an upcoming post, but please if you don’t take anything else from this entry, please know that you cannot trust what you see. Do your own your research. The diet that claims to be the best might not be what’s best FOR YOU. Do your own research. I guess the most important aspect of diet culture is to be aware of what you consume. And to understand that we’ve been ingesting poisons our entire lives that have damaged our inner mitochondrial membranes to the point of intense, sped up aging. You were told saturated fat is really, really bad for you. That has now shifted, aggressively. You were also told, during this low fat era, to consume vegetable oil over animal fat (more on this later.) All of the things you were led to believe were super damaging so with whatever you consume, take it into your own hands and do your research. I’m on the hunt to figure out how to fix this damage. How to reverse it and make it better for the upcoming generations. I’ll mess up a lot like I messed up with carnivore (although I still use many principles from carnivore today!!) but im going to figure this out. I think every week I'm closer and closer to finding what true health means to me. 🤍

What is the meaning for life on this planet as a whole? And a lot of my questioning and thoughts about the universe intertwine with my fascination with food and nutrition. We were not put on this planet to be lied to by big corporations who are slowly killing us day by day. We weren’t born on this planet to be misled, were we? Like what is the point of all of this if we are getting sick? Depressed? What’s the point in all of this if evil seems to be the most powerful? These questions have stemmed from being diagnosed with, now 3, autoimmune diseases and not being able to wrap my head around the “why.” Why me? Why has my youthfulness been taken away from me? For what? And I think I’ve found the answer. I have a decent following. I have a couple of you who really respect and love me enough to listen to what I’m saying. I can influence the ones I love through my own health and healing journey. So to go back to my question, i’m here to help you. I’m here to use my love and my knowledge to help others. And that’s what I’ll do <3 today ill be posting what I've been learning the past two weeks :)
