WE ASK RILEY Question 2. This time, a professional sports gambler and an aspiring NFL punter asks me:
***How much decorations to you tend to set up during the holidays?***
Too much? NEVER! lol 3 trees. 1 natural, 2 artificial. A Christmas village with all the houses I got from the German Christmas markets (in Germany! DUH!). A bunch of lights. Poinsettias (I get them from my fundraiser Holidays sale we do for the palliative care house). LOTS of them! A bunch of wreaths, lights, Christmas stockings.
I don't decorate much outdoor. I prefer it inside. I do my decorating for ME. I like seeing it every day. I don't do it for others to see from the street lol so I don't feel like putting out a bunch of outdoor lights and such things. Anyhow, it's too cold, and I'd need a ladder...and yeah...you know me...I'm not an outdoorsy girl lol unless it's to blow a dick on video HAHA

First question...
***Wed. here and once again we are given the keys to the kingdom and then just stare like deer in headlights. Ask Her a Q!! You’ve been in the business for a while, what keeps you going/motivated?***
Like any other job, money! LOL let's be honest, as much as I love my job, money is a pretty good incentive to stay motivated! I'm not only talking about my own income, but about how I can organize charity events and fundraisers to be able to give back to the palliative care home and a few other causes I really care about.
Also, I could never handle having a boss. I'm too bossy for that lol! So my freedom is a pretty good motivation as well.
HOWEVER - as corny as this will sound - I could never stay motivated without a few amazing friends I've made over the years. They make me smile, and they find a way to make me feel better on some of those days. Don't forget, my job is 90% trolls, 10% good guys lol! So it can be quite hard to handle sometimes without the good guys around ;)

The boom in tourism has caused Palma to grow significantly. In 1960, Mallorca received 500,000 visitors, in 1997 it received more than 6,739,700. In 2001 more than 19,200,000 people passed through Son Sant Joan airport near Palma, with an additional 1.5 million coming by sea.
More than half of the population works in tourism, approximately 80%, therefore being the main economic portal of Palma. Tourism has affected the rapid economic growth of Palma, making the island of Mallorca wealthier compared to other regions in Spain.

Vanilla Latte was the answer!!!!
Juniper latte was completely gross! Thank god it only lasted one year. Pumpkin Spice Latte is my favorite fall drink of all time but I rarely have it during the holidays....and don't consider it a holiday drink at all :) Peppermint mocha can be an option from time to time....and Sugar Oat cookies is new from this year, so I haven't tried it yet!!!
