I’m Anna and this is my OnlyFans page! I’m based in Chicago but pop up all over the place? ⚡️HIIT HIGHLIGHT⚡️
High to low plank
One of my staple exercises! It capitalizes on the core benefits of a static plank but adds a killer upper body burn with the added movement. I like to work this into a circuit for a quick warm up or superset these with my dumbbell exercises on arm day. Be sure to tighten your core to keep your hips in line and minimize “sway”.

I’m kicking off a new segment to highlight some of my favorite exercises and break them down a little further than I can in my workout posts. This will hopefully give you some ideas to help change up your workouts!
Over the years I’ve really narrowed in on what type of workouts/exercises work best for me, both for results and for sustainability (keeping my motivation up lol). Every body is different so I highly highly recommend you find what works for you personally and stick with it! With my training I love to incorporate super sets and active rest to make better use of my time in the gym so I typically throw in an ab or HIIT exercise (that doesn’t focus on the body part I’m working out that day) between sets.

✨Sunday hacks for a better Monday✨
Even when traveling, the Sunday scaries are REAL let me tell you! Below is a list of my quick go-to Sunday activities to put my mind at ease coming into a busy week.
1. Get out of the house! There is something so refreshing about getting some fresh air before snapping into business mode to get ready for the week.
2. Clean my room. So simple but makes a huge difference in mindset and being able to relax for the day.
3. Make a grocery list and plan a time to shop. I personally hate grocery shopping on Sundays so I just use this time to plan my shopping trip and meals I will cook for the week. I don’t typically end up shopping until Tuesday morning then cooking Tuesday night but just having it planned out always feels good.
4. Plan my whole day Monday - morning to night. Mondays are my most planned out day because It’s when I have the most energy and discipline to stick to a schedule. I make sure to not overdo it to where my day becomes daunting but make sure to handle meetings, priority work items and get at least one non work thing off my to-do list. Typically I’ll squeeze in a workout too so I start my week right ??
All of this can be done in as little as an hour so you can still enjoy your day off! Of course some slow Sundays I’ll do even more (laundry, cleaning, self care, etc) but this is always my must-do list. What is your Sunday regimen?

🍑At Home Glute-focused Leg Day🍑
All you’ll need for this circuit workout is a resistance band!
⚡️Banded squat x12 (band at knee level)
⚡️Banded side shuffle x30 (band at ankle level)
⚡️Wall sit w/ abductor pulse - 30sec +15 pulses
⚡️Abductor clams x10 each side
⚡️Donkey kick pulses x15 each side
⚡️Fire hydrants x15 each side
Repeat 3 times for a killer booty workout OR combine 2-3 exercises as a circuit to add to your normal leg day for an added burn 😈 try one or all of these exercises this week and let me know what you think!

Guys! I am so so fricken excited to share my big news.... I am getting a breast augmentation!!! (Boob job lol)
This is something I have thought about A LOT and have been planning for long before my presence here on OnlyFans. I have always been very flat chested with a larger athletic frame so have always toyed with the idea of a boob job. Anyone who knows me and has had a real conversation with me knows I already am very happy and confident in my own skin and love myself the way I am. HOWEVER, there are still many reasons I want to enhance my breasts (e.i. to achieve better body proportions, have better fitting clothes, even better confidence, etc). What time works best for you?
Easy Peasy Avocado Pesto Pasta (w/ chicken)?
I was craving pasta today so whipped up one of my favorite creations! I love this recipe because you can modify it to be vegetarian or gluten-free/keto based on what you use for the “noodles”. I did bowtie tonight but typically use spaghetti squash or zoodles?
What you’ll need:
??Pasta of some sort
??Avocado (one should be plenty if you are making 3-4 servings of pasta)
??Olive oil
??Basil (basil paste is easiest to keep on hand)
Optional: grilled chicken breast and Parmesan cheese
What to do:
1. Begin cooking your chicken and pasta (spaghetti squash needs longer to cook/prep so keep that in mind)
2. In a bowl, mash your avocado and add a tablespoon of olive oil, a blob of basil, and salt n’ pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour your sauce over the pasta and mix it all in. Top with Parmesan cheese and enjoy!
You will NOT regret trying this one, believe me! Try adding spinach or grape tomatoes at the end and simmer for a while longer to get more of your nutrients in ?

Warm up - 1.5 mile run
??DB bicep curls
Triset w/ DB front raises & high plank knee to opposite elbow
??Tricep pulldowns
Superset w/ single arm overhead DB tricep extensions
??Cable curls
Superset with LIGHT barbell 21s (I’m going to make a whole post on this exercise because I LOVE it)
??Bent over straight arm lat pulldown
Superset with cable face pulls
??Cable crunches
Superset with EZ bar bicep curls
Finish with 3 sets of 12 decline crunches (or bosu ball crunches)

For me, I did this the past couple days by spending more time by the ocean, watching sunsets, I went for a nice long run, did morning yoga flows and spent one on one time with an old friend. You’ll be amazed the mental reset it can bring. Happy Monday loves ?

Below is a quick recap of some of the poses I went through:
✨Downward facing dog: stretches hamstrings and calves while also lengthening the upper back as you push your chest toward to ground
✨Cobra: AMAZING stretch to loosen the lower vertebrae, try to keep your hip bones on the ground and don’t lock your arms! instead engage your triceps to lengthen your chest arching back one vertebrae at a time
✨Warrior 1 and warrior 2: good hip opener stretches, sink into it as much as you can but make sure your knee stays behind your toes. This pressure in the hip joint is great for loosening your hip flexors (helps A TON for squatting). Holding the arms straight above your head and out to the sides provides a good burn in your delts as well ?
✨Pigeon: the ultimate hip and glute stretch, you can keep your torso vertical or fold forward over your front leg. Really sink into your hips and try to relax glutes and hips to feel the full benefit
