I've been trying not to let it get me down but OF hasn't been letting me add a cover photo to ANYTHING no matter what device I use. And I know no one wants a bunch of diff DM's or to buy a set without a preview of what you're getting. After talking with OF support they have not been very helpful, telling me everything is fine even after showing videos of it not working. I'm still waiting to hear back from them but they do not communicate quickly at all. Each response takes at minimum 24hrs to get to me. And that's if I'm lucky. Anyways, I just wanted to update you all on whats going on. It is greatly effecting my income so I'm deff trying to work it out as quickly as I can on my own. But it seems all the troubleshooting I do doesn't change it from working. To say its frustrating is an understatement. I hope you're all having a wonderful day. And as always, customs are open. Espcially rn. lol.
