This photo shows a decisive moment from one of my first experiences of getting naked on a public beach. It was shot by my girlfriend Nyx in the summer of 2013 when I was only 21 years old. We both practiced nudism that day, overcoming the initial embarrassment of exposing our bodies in front of a number of strangers. Thankfully it was an official nude beach so we weren't the only ones not wearing our swimsuits. I still remember how nice it felt when we jumped into the cool waters of the Mediterranean Sea.
