PREDATORS AND PREY Your ancestors were often celebrated… it was important to remind the origins of the city. When they built the first wooden houses in this wonderful place. A massive fossilized wood block, flat enough to be truly a perfect spot to host a civilization. With an handsome surrounding of white sand and a sea at the horizon… And they were right, the spot was perfect, the few primitive wooden houses became a village, the village grew and improved with time… People thrived and evolved, till it became a massive city, full of life and comforts. It seemed like nothing could stop the expansion and thriving of your civilization, nothing could go wrong. Nothing could be more wrong! What a mistake to think to be the center of the world, to think to be big, strong and powerful while you know so little about how truly big and dagerous the world is… That day, everyone’s beliefs were erased so quickly! It started as a distant heartquake… the ground shook rythmically and it grew of intensity. Untill the colossus appeared in the distance, revealing the reasons of those booming sounds. Those were just steps… Panic spreaded through the whole city, some thought it was the arrival of god, others it was the apocalipse. Perhaps both things were the truth. As soon as he spotted your tiny city, he immediately seemed interested in it. Moving closer like a revenous predator, he sat down, spreading his legs to keep the city between them. You all could smell the manly scent coming out from his short blue pants. He then draw a huge knife and started to use it to eradicate whole buildings and skyscrapers, just to then use the tip of the blade to open the buildings like them were a prelibate mussels… and eating all the tiny people he could draw out. In about 20 minutes, the whole city was reduced into rubbles, completely emptied by all it’s inhabitant. The giant stomach was so immense that for him was just a snack. Pleased by the unespected nice surprise, he just stood up and went back to his car to pick up the stuff to set his tent for the camping week-end by the beach. Hoping to find more of this tasty snacks… So quickly he had taught a good hard lesson, you’re nothing in this world, just insignificant! Pity, that noone will make good use of this lesson...
