

(Swipe right for the video hehe) I’m ngl, being so present on social media plays a huge role in taking care of my health…so I’ve been working out really hard at the gym! I do strength training 3 x a week and intense cardio 2-3 x a week! Some of my favourite strength-training exercises include bench presses, Romanian deadlifts, barbell/kettlebell lunges (which I excel at hehe), barbell squats, and hip thrusts ;) For cardio, I really just like to go on the stairmasters and conquer at least 400 calories within 40 min avg!! My fitness goal is to become more toned especially in the core which I know has a lot to do with nutrition 😛 Also I get a lot of eyes on me when I walk down the gym…hehe it’s cute
