Many of you who have been following me for a longer period of time know, that I lost my dear grandpa this year and worst thing was that I didn't got a chance to say goodbye. I was stuck far away from home and couldn't spend his last days with him. My mental health got worse. I had to close some important chapters in my life and learn to let go. And I know I'm not alone - many people in my life lost their loved ones, their jobs and struggled mentally as well.
2020 was merciless, but it also taught me a lot.
One of the most positive experiences in 2020 was running this page. You guys are one of the reasons why I continued to take care of myself and my well-being, nourish my body, mind and soul.
