Added 2022-08-05 21:41:41 +0000 UTCCrazy 2 days. Yesterday I arrive at my parents to find my mom at the pool vacuuming. I look in and the pool is a cloudy green swamp. I’m trouble shooting what the hell could be wrong. I notice the PSI on the gauge is pretty high. I back wash the DE filter and notice that the water is clear. I thought that was weird because all the YouTube vids show dirty water. After hours of stress and research and water testing I realized that the jerk offs at my pool service place never put DE in the filter when they opened it. This filter has been running with out the needed DE since June. I was able to get the pool clear and added the DE I just hope that the filter is not all screwed up.
