This place was local, just a 5 min drive, I could even walk it. This person owned a house, he was an older man, single. He built this dungeon on the top floor of the home. He had mentioned that I could rent it from him for shoots and sessions. Seemed like a good deal, till I got there and saw this place. While he was a very nice man, he had about 15 cats. There was cat shit and puke all over the place, it smelled horrendous. While the top floor in the dungeon was clean of the cats, it still smelled. In order to get to the top floor you had to enter the house and go up the stairs, it was just filthy and gross. I only used the place a few times before I honestly could not go there anymore, let alone bring anyone else.
