Added 2022-06-15 19:27:40 +0000 UTCI went for a hike in Michigan yesterday in the middle of a heat wave. It was hotter than Florida by 8 degrees! It was 100 degrees Fahrenheit. I was regretting my choice big time! I like hiking because it’s a good cardio and overall workout for when I’m not surfing and partaking in other sports. Made sure you stretch and bring a lot of water and even a snack when hiking! I almost passed out it was so hot. Luckily the hike ends on cold Lake Michigan so I jumped in to cool off 😎
