I'm thrilled cause I loveeeeee hosting & thinking of all the little touches that make people feel at home and comfortable while they're here :) likeee joint rolling station? check. phone charging station? check. snacks on snacks? check. extra toiletry products in the bathroom for guests? check. clean towels & beds ready for people who need to stay the night? check AND CHECK! I even prep or make a pot of coffee because people randomly end up wanting some later in the evening. & you will never find yourself in the bathroom without paper/wipes/matches on my watch lol. i definitely annoy my roommates with my OCD prepping but to be honest it's slightly selfish because I just know what people are going to need from experience and it makes it easier on me to do it before so I can actually enjoy the party. as the great philosopher once said: work smart, not hard! I'm also weirdly into cleaning? like of course there are certain chores I hate but overall it's just satisfying as fuck. sometimes I wonder if I should have started a maid service cause I'm so obsessed with it. when we do occasionally hire maids I end up pre-cleaning & post-cleaning because yes... I really am that psycho. okay I have no idea why I'm still typing this and telling y'all boring shit so i'm gonna goooooo now. bye. now go wash your towels & sheets!
