Big changes in my program have dropped! Welcome to my garage gym 😈 One big addition is 30 min of cardio every night before my last meal. Yep. +3.5 hours of cardio a week, on top of the previous 4hrs of conditioning, 30 min of swimming, & 15 min of cool down on leg days. And of course, training 6x a week. This is crunch time.
