Lots of people find the benefit outweighs the risks for them, but hormones affected my body, my mental health and I worry that messing with my hormones may have other affects - like who I am attracted to 💕 So I personally use the “Fertility Awareness Method”. I have learned to read the signs of my body so I know when I approach my fertile window, and we are extra careful for that week 🫶 If Marley wanted to take a contraceptive to feel safer I would support that, but I wouldn’t expect it 😊
