I have my in kitchen class early on Thursday (7:30 am to 11:30 am) and it was amazing. We learned chef cuts, made vegetable soup from scratch and, I realize that I made the right choice in program. I love cooking, baking and creating! I was so excited to bring my creations home for my family to try! After thst, I went out and ran some errands with my mom and we got a message from my Nana who has been dealing with Skin Cancer. In her message she said she had good news and I immediately started to bawl...she said she is cancer free and was given the all clear from her oncologist after surgery and testing! Arrived at the horse barn and found out my heart horse Martini was back in the riding program after being off with an injury from a fall and we had the best ride ever! After our lesson I sat with her in her stall and we had a great hang out sesh!! LoL So that's the perfect day in a nutshell! Hope everyone's Thursday was just as amazing!!
