Added 2024-09-29 15:16:04 +0000 UTCSunday afternoon stretching for y’all - this was shot when I was filming with crappy internet but I found this gym in the middle of no where and I took it as a sign from a higher power to get the glute gains in 🤣 I followed these dynamic stretches with a CRAZY leg session involving free bar squats (which I haven’t done for AGES) - got some footage of that too dw!
