I was just informed by the powers that be that the tasty 'dish' I had 'locked' in for our weekly Sunday dinner was just too damn spicy to share with you.. Damn shame; it was hot and spicy, but also quite nutritious.. very high in 'iron' too. Ah well. Perhaps I should 'sit' for a spell. Try to think of something else I can whip up in a jiff even though I am now quite 'strapped' for time.. I knew that sharing this news was 'bound' to disappoint you.
