Behavior:
Patient is anxious. States that "all women seem insanely hot." Sleep problems reported. Difficulty staying asleep reported. Patient reports sexual desire and inappropriate sexual fixation on health care professional.
Content of Therapy:
Patient spoke of being 'turned on' all of the time. "Edging" themselves frequently, but not allowing themselves to climax, despite expressing overwhelming desire to.
Therapeutic Intervention:
Session focus was on facilitating patient to self-stimulate to completion, and achieve climax. Visual and verbal aids were implemented successfully.
Diagnoses:
Patient still has many sexual fetishes, fixations, and behaviors that will require many additional sessions.
Recommended Treatment Plan:
Regular masturbation. Return in 2 weeks or earlier if needed.
