It's been rather deviously designed to keep the wearer's tongue pressed firmly down while keeping the mouth open and drooly. It achieves both of these goals admirably, I was completely and helplessly *Tongue Tied*, making me very *wet*. The gag was buckled as tight as absolutely possible, which made it incredibly challenging to wear, but it's such a turn-on for me that I had Mr. Bound go one notch more.. Pure Bliss.
