



Going to mississippi for the weekend for some family matters, so this may be the last lift of the week. Hit some chest, delt and triceps tonight. Started with bench for 5 sets working up to 315. Last set was a 3 step drop set 315-225-135 4 sets of dumbbell flys supersetted with standing front dumbbell raises 2 sets of close grip flat bench 4 sets of tricep press down with the last set being a 5 step drop set from 150lb to 30lbs 4 sets of seated machine shoulder presses 4 sets of machine flys supersetted with reverse machine flys Finished up with 2 sets of bodyweight dips until failure
