The past few days have been filled with lots going on. In the need to start running on the beach. When I come closer to the Ocean, I hear the “right direction”. For me, working with nature, exercising in nature and surrounding myself by nature is the best thing ever. I truly get anxiety when I’m around too many man made things. So today, I went out to run in nature, on the beach in the front of my house. It was kind of scary, but it was very rewarding. Running helps detox the body in many ways and releases the good hormones. Not too mention I’m able to envision my surfing. I live at an empty break, but psych myself out too often surfing in my front yard alone.. How are you working through your stress? 😊
