It is believed that the “Screwdriver” was invented by American oil workers working in Saudi Arabia, where alcohol is prohibited. For camouflage purposes, resourceful workers combined orange juice with vodka and stirred the cocktail with a regular screwdriver.
Ingredients:
orange juice – 150 ml;
vodka – 50 ml.
Recipe: fill a tall glass with ice, add vodka and orange juice, stir with a screwdriver. You can garnish with a slice of orange. Drink through a straw.
