




Feb 20. Light day. Abs cardio again. I haven’t decided yet but I think this week will be a lighter weight routine days. Try to get my diet right so I don’t gain so much back every night.
I did find out that while I have added more protein. I need to space it out more. Few trainers said your body can only ideally absorb around 40 grams an hour. Any more is more often converted to fat. So I’m spreading my eating 1-2 hrs for eating the protein I plan to take. See if my weight stays closer to what I finish after the gym.
