This tree used to cover all the Southeastern part of south America before the arrival of the ships, and they live here since jurassic ages.
This are seeds of Araucaria. Those seeds has high rates of calories, so they are useful on the cold winter. But also has some affective values.
On ancient times, before the land was sold, everyone waited for the seeds to fall from those gigantic trees.
Then at night we bake it on the bonfire and eat it around it.
The winter is coming here, and my grandparents sent me a box of "pinhão", the seeds of the truly owner of this land.
That feels so good you don't even know.
