Added 2022-12-29 05:41:55 +0000 UTCPost workout shower 🥰 I don’t usually go to the gym in the evenings, I prefer to go in the morning when I have more energy. It also helps me set the tone for the day and get off on the right track. But today was busy and the only time I could go was after work.
I’m proud of myself for keeping up my routine. Even when I’m exhausted and don’t “feel like” working out because my motivation is weak, I rely on habit and consistency to just get myself to the gym. By the time I walk through the doors, the hardest part is already over. All that’s left to do is just enjoy the workout 🖤
